For July and August, 3–6 months. The popular catamarans out of Split are gone by March. Shoulder season — May, June, September — is easier: 4–8 weeks ahead is fine. Under 4 weeks is possible; see last-minute availability.

Yes. We place a 7-day option on most boats with no payment. After 7 days the operator releases it back into the pool. A few peak-season boats cannot be held — we tell you before you count on it.

30% to confirm, balance 6 weeks before departure. Some operators ask 50% for peak-summer Croatian catamarans — if that applies to your boat it is on the quote, not a surprise later.

No. Our commission comes from the operator side. The price on your quote is the price you pay.

Bareboat if someone in your group holds a recognised licence and has sailed a boat this size. Skippered if not — a professional skipper for €180–€250 a day. Crewed if you want a captain and a host and a holiday. The guide walks through it.

Bank transfer (preferred, no fees), Visa or Mastercard (2.5% fee), or Wise. For larger charters we can arrange escrow — ask.

On a bareboat, €2,000–€5,000 held on your card at check-in and released at the end of the week if all is well. Crewed charters use an APA instead — an Advance Provisioning Allowance of about 30% of the charter fee that pre-funds fuel, food and berths. It is not a damage deposit.

Fuel, marina berths, food and drink, tourist tax (Croatia: €1.50–€2 per person per night), the skipper's food allowance on skippered charters (€25–€35 a day), and end cleaning where the operator charges it. Every quote lists what applies to your boat.

Bed linen and towels, a full galley kit, dinghy and outboard, cooker gas, and usually snorkel gear. You buy food and drink — or we pre-provision through the operator so it is on board when you arrive.

Most boats carry a 4G hotspot that works near the coast; open sea means no signal. Newer catamarans and crewed yachts often have Starlink. Tell us if it matters and we will pick the boat accordingly.

Yes. A catamaran is the easy choice: no heeling, wide decks, shallow draft, and swimming off the back. Ask for safety nets and jacklines for under-10s — operators fit them on request.

Case by case. Crewed and luxury boats usually say yes; bareboat operators vary. Tell us at quote stage and we will only show boats that allow it.

There is deck space for your own. Most operators rent SUPs and wakeboards as an add-on at €100–€200 a week.

Usually. More than 6 weeks out there is no charge if the new dates are available. Inside 6 weeks the operator decides — most charge nothing if the original week re-sells.

If the new boat is free, yes — you pay or receive the price difference.
